Just a few things before we get started

You are required to physically present the documents listed below:

  • QLD Drivers Licence or Business CRN
    Must have prior to placing booking. Please see Transport and Main Roads to obtain this.
  • Original Purchase Receipt/Insurance payout
    Proof of ownership is required from the private seller.
  • Current QLD Safety Certificate
  • All original parts receipts not copies
    Proof of ownership required from the private seller.
  • All original repair invoices not copies
    Invoices must be itemised
  • Statutory Declaration QLD
    If required this must be detailed/itemised. All unrepaired hail must be declared.

  • You can only drop your vehicle off on the day of inspection.
  • Images on your phone, emails and/or photocopies of these documents will not be accepted.
  • Failure to provide the required documents will result in a $61.15 re-inspection fee.

Fees

  • Inspection Fee – Cars and trucks: $484.45 and $372.35 for Motorcycles, caravans and trailers.
  • Re-inspection fee – $61.15 – for any vehicle not passing inspection upon first presentation.
  • Booking Fee – A $100 booking fee shall apply at the time of booking (‘Fee’).  The Fee will be deducted from the total price at the time of drop-off.  The Fee is non-refundable upon cancellation unless 3 business days’ notice has been provided.
    * A non-refundable transaction surcharge of $2.04 will be added to the total amount payable. Please note we only accept Visa or Mastercard payments.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, please send a message to 0438362819 at least 3 business days ahead of your scheduled booking.

Our Sunshine Coast site at Kunda Park closed on Friday 21st June. We are working hard to re-open at our new site by mid-July. Any future bookings made at Sunshine Coast will be done at our new site. Details to follow.

Any Re-Inspections from the Sunshine Coast (only) can be done at our Eagle Farm location until we re-open at our new site. Please be aware Re-Inspections will not be done automatically and may take up to 48 hours.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to welcoming you to our new location as soon as it is available.

The Beenleigh location is scheduled to CLOSE on Fri, June 14th, 2024. All bookings scheduled at Beenleigh from Mon, 17th June will be done at the new Yatala Location. Address:
